Aaron Brewster is responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery from concept to completion, including design team and contractor selections, conceptual estimating, budgeting and forecasting, schedule management, process work flow, and quality control oversight. As a highly experienced project manager, Aaron brings specialized expertise to all phases of project development, including valued insight on the entitlement and due diligence process.
During his more than 10 years in the design and construction industry, Aaron has successfully lead projects in every major sector including medical office, industrial, retail, residential, and public sector work. Prior to joining NexCore Group, he worked for two large national design-build firms where his experience included managing the construction of an $80 million luxury high-rise residential development, a $30 million award-winning mixed-use master planned community, and Class A build-to-suit and speculative office space. In addition to his design and construction management experience, Aaron is also a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker, which gives him a unique perspective on multi-tenant buildings and leasing concerns as projects are designed and budgeted.
Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
