Dale SharpSenior Accountant
Dale Sharp is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting for NexCore managed properties. His duties include the setup and maintenance of property accounting, preparation of monthly property financial reports, and coordination of quarterly and year-end financial reporting. His job also requires effective communication with tenants, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Dale has over 30 years of accounting experience, including Manager of Finance for a California water utility and Manager of Sales Accounting for a timeshare company, as well as commercial, mixed-use, industrial, and construction accounting experience. His experience includes budget preparation, CAM reconciliations, annual audits, and job cost and contract review/tracking for land and building development.
Dale holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree with a concentration in Accounting from California State University at Fullerton.
