David Lisco
Senior Managing Director Development & Acquisitions
In his role as Senior Managing Director, David acts as the team leader on development projects and is responsible for the overall success of each project. He coordinates and leads all phases of the development process including transaction structure, project strategy, design and construction team selection, leasing, and sales.

With over 15 years of development experience, and a background in real estate law and finance, David brings substantial depth of experience when acting as an owner, development manager, and project consultant. He is skilled in all aspects of real estate development and project finance, having been involved in projects ranging in size from $1,000,000 to over $100,000,000. Over the course of his career, David has been involved in the development of over $1 billion of healthcare, commercial, and industrial real estate.

David has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois and a Juris Doctorate from New York University.
