Debbie Wedderburn is responsible for NexCore Group’s corporate accounting department as well as the accounting, reporting, and budgeting for over 60 separate real estate entities.
Debbie has over 15 years of experience in investor reporting, financing, property management, and asset management. Her experience includes management of corporate accounting department, reporting and budgeting for over 100 separate real estate or development entities, and oversight of property management staff. She also assists in the implementation of risk management policies and provides entity administration for all real estate entities, including developing and managing annual operating budgets for each property with operational expenses totaling over $10 million annually.
Debbie has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in accounting, from Colorado State University and is a Colorado Real Estate Broker.
