Ed Christen assists with analyzing and structuring all development and acquisition projects for NexCore Group. His additional responsibilities include the sourcing of debt and equity capital for these opportunities.
Ed has been involved in analyzing, structuring, financing, and closing over $500 million of real estate projects. He has more than 12 years of experience in real estate analysis, acquisitions, due diligence, finance, and investment performance.
Ed received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from State University of New York at Buffalo and a Masters from George Mason University, and is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designations.
