Since 1990, the partners of NexCore Group have created responsive real estate solutions for clients across the U.S., generating four million square-feet of healthcare, commercial, and mixed-use projects for local, regional, and national clients. Stemming from Neenan Development Group (NDG), the former real estate division of The Neenan Company, NexCore Group evolved to better serve our clients. The separation allows our clients to select NexCore for real estate services while being able to select other critical team members in design and construction for project delivery. Recognizing that each client may have ongoing relationships, we can collaborate with the appropriate client-driven team to deliver quality projects.

With more than 800,000 square feet currently planned or under development in nine markets, NexCore is well positioned to offer additional options for our clients, create new strategic partnerships, and develop new investment opportunities for our equity investors and client/tenant partners.
