Jarrod Daddis
Executive Managing Director Development & Acquisitions
In his role as development executive, Jarrod Daddis assures the implementation and overall success of each project. He leads the NexCore team in coordinating all phases of the development process including transaction structuring, strategy, design and construction team selection, leasing, and sales/marketing.

Fifteen years in real estate development have given Jarrod experience as a development manager, owner, operations officer, consultant, and leasing advisor. As a result, he is skilled in all aspects of leading, financing, building, and managing construction projects and real estate development. Jarrod’s projects have ranged in size from $100,000 to over $50 million. Over the course of his career, Jarrod has been involved in over $1 billion of healthcare, commercial, and industrial developments.

Jarrod earned a Bachelor of Arts and Human Communication degree from the University of Northern Colorado and two masters degrees, an MBA and a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. He is also active with a number of associations including the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, Building Owners and Managers Association, Medical Fitness Association, and the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
