Julie WyattAccountant
Julie Wyatt is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting for NexCore managed properties. Her duties include the setup and maintenance of property accounting, preparation of monthly property financial reports, and coordination of quarterly and year-end financial reporting.
Prior to joining NexCore Group, Julie was an executive assistant at a design and construction firm for five years and assistant to the president & CFO of a public telecommunications company for over eight years.
Julie graduated from the University of Colorado Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in accounting.
