Leslie Baker
Accounting Manager
Leslie Baker is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting for development projects and various NexCore managed properties. She manages the accounting process for projects currently being developed, which includes submitting and reconciling the construction loan pay applications/draws and working closely with the lender on a monthly basis for the duration of the construction phase of the project. Her duties also include the set up and maintenance of property accounting, preparation of monthly property financial reporting, and assisting with the coordination of year-end financial reporting and preparation of various annual property management budgets. Leslie also generates corporate payroll and assists with company benefits, as well as corporate financials.

Leslie has 16 years of experience in the accounting field. In addition to her experience in the real estate accounting field, she has construction accounting experience for retail projects, multi-family projects, multi-use projects, and office buildings ranging in cost from $200,000 to $30 million.

Leslie received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado.
