Michelle GayeskiVice President Leasing
Michelle Gayeski is dedicated to marketing, promoting, and leasing new development projects and existing properties for NexCore Group and its clients. Her leasing responsibilities include tenant selection/qualification, procurement, proposal and lease negotiations, and tenant relations. Michelle continually works to identify changes in the market environment and to develop, implement and measure competitive marketing and sales strategies.
Michelle has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate development that includes healthcare, commercial office, and mixed-use projects. Prior to joining NexCore, she worked for a development company focused on suburban, mixed-use development projects where she was involved in many aspects of development, from planning and entitlements to marketing, leasing, and property management. Since joining NexCore, Michelle has focused exclusively on leasing medical properties, including Alexian Brothers Medical Center Eberle Medical Office Building, St. Alexius Medical Center Doctor’s Office Building III, Green Valley Ranch Medical Office Building, Providence Holy Family Hospital Medical Office Building, and Silver Cross Hospital Medical Services Building.
Michelle has her Colorado Real Estate Broker license and received a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of Colorado.
