Rob BeaudoMechanical Operations Manager
Rob Beaudo manages the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for NexCore Group’s portfolio of managed properties, which includes medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, and cancer treatment centers. Rob is responsible for directing and monitoring each of the HVAC contractors to ensure proper maintenance of ventilation systems throughout the buildings, as well as comfortable and functional temperature controls. He is also directly involved with troubleshooting issues in the buildings and works in tandem with contractors to correct any problems. With his national vendor accounts and resources, Rob utilizes opportunities to upgrade outdated HVAC systems in older buildings to meet the most current efficient standards.
Rob has a background of over 17 years in the commercial HVAC field, including more than four years as a service manager and five years as an instructor for NCCER. He is licensed as a Class A supervisor and belongs to ASHRAE, a professional organization for engineers.
