In his role as Chief Financial Officer and as a member of the senior executive team, Robert Lawless is responsible for accounting, tax, regulatory compliance and risk management oversight, while also focusing on capital raising, investor relations, and strategic planning.
Robert has over 20 years of experience performing various financial and operational roles within public and private sector domestic and international real estate companies. He has negotiated, structured, and executed over $5 billion of capital markets transactions.
Robert earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Accounting from Sacred Heart University and St. Leo’s University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
