Sam Psimoulis provides on-site management for NexCore Group's two medical office buildings located in the Chicago metro area—St. Alexius Medical Center Doctor’s Office Building III and Alexian Brothers Medical Center Eberle Medical Office Building—which total 187,300 square feet. Sam is responsible for property management operations as well as tenant suite build-out and capital improvement projects.
Sam has over 30 years of real estate management experience that includes medical office buildings in suburban Chicago and commercial buildings in Chicago’s West Loop. Before joining NexCore, Sam managed eight medical office buildings totaling 400,000 square feet for Alexian Brothers Health System. His management responsibilities for Alexian included overseeing building maintenance, preparing monthly and annual budgets, assisting with leasing and lease preparation, securing competitive bids for remodeling projects, and coordinating tenant move-ins.
Sam received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and an MBA with an emphasis in Health Care Administration from Northwestern University.
