Shirl GaleSenior Accountant
Shirl Gale is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting for development projects and NexCore managed properties. Her duties include the set up and maintenance of project accounting, preparation of monthly project reports, and coordination of year-end financial reporting. She also submits and reconciles construction loan pay applications and draws and assists with the preparation of annual property management budgets.
Shirl has over 10 years of real estate accounting experience and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Fort Lewis College.
