Property Manager
Steve Crain provides on-site management for NexCore Group’s two medical office buildings located in Colorado Springs—Printers Park Medical Plaza and the Briargate Medical Campus—which total approximately 294,000 square feet. Steve is responsible for property management operations as well as tenant suite build-out and capital improvement projects.

Steve has over 35 years of real estate management experience that includes residential, resort condominium, interval ownership associations, retail centers, high-rise multi-tenant office buildings, and medical office buildings. He has also been involved with the facility management of major banking centers. Before joining NexCore, Steve managed over 600,000 square feet of medical office space in Denver and Colorado Springs.

Steve received a BBA degree, with an administration emphasis, from Wichita State University. He holds a Real Property Administrator® professional designation and is a licensed Colorado real estate broker.
