Debbie Wedderburn is responsible for NexCore's corporate accounting department as well as the accounting, reporting and budgeting for over 60 separate real estate or development entities.
She currently directs the property managers of 16 buildings totaling approximately 900,000 square feet with an asset value in excess of $152 million. These properties include single and multi-specialty group practice facilities, multi-suited medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, MRI centers, cancer treatment centers and primary care facilities.
Debbie has helped to secure financing for projects containing over 600,000 square feet of office space, including over 330,000 square feet of medical office space and surgery centers.
As NexCore's VP of Asset Management, she also assists in the implementation of risk management policies, procurement of debt and equity for new projects, and entity administration for all development entities. She develops and manages annual operating budgets for each property with operational expenses totaling over $6 million annually. She also manages annual investor reporting for development properties and assists in the preparation of annual business plans for development properties.
Debbie is a board member of Respite Care Inc. and a board member of The Ponds at Overland Trail HOA. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis on accounting, from Colorado State University and she is a Colorado Real Estate Broker.
Leslie is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting for development projects and NexCore managed properties. As real estate accountant, her duties include the set up and maintenance of project accounting, preparation of monthly project reports, and coordination of year-end financial reporting. She submits and reconciles construction loan pay applications and draws, as well as assisting in the preparation of annual property management budgets.
Leslie has 10 years of experience in the accounting field. In addition to her experience in the Real Estate Accounting field, she has construction accounting experience for retail projects, multi-family projects, multi-use projects and office buildings ranging in cost from $200,000 to $30 million.
She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado.

Julie is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting for NexCore-managed properties. As a real estate accountant, her duties include the setup and maintenance of project accounting, the preparation of monthly project reports, and the coordination of year-end financial reporting.
Julie has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in accounting, from University of Colorado. Prior to joining NexCore Group, she held positions as Executive Assistant at The Neenan Company and Assistant to the President and CFO at CommNet Cellular Inc.
