Michelle Gayeski

Vice President Leasing

Michelle Gayeski is dedicated to marketing, promoting, and leasing new development projects and existing commercial properties for NexCore Group and its clients. Leasing responsibilities include tenant selection/qualification, procurement, proposal and lease negotiations, and tenant relations. Her ability to identify changes in the marketing environment and competitive leasing strategies qualifies Michelle to successfully implement, measure and evolve marketing and sales strategies for NexCore and its clients.

Michelle has a broad background in commercial real estate development. Prior to joining NexCore Group, she worked for a development company focused on suburban, mixed-use development projects where she was involved in many aspects of the development, from planning and entitlements to marketing, leasing and property management.

Michelle has her Colorado Real Estate Broker license and received a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of Colorado.

Amy Andresen

Vice President Leasing

Amy Andresen is integral to the marketing, promotion, and leasing of new and existing development projects. Leasing responsibilities include tenant selection/qualification, procurement, proposal and lease negotiations, and tenant relations. Her experience with sales and marketing of commercial real estate helps Amy identify changes in the marketing environment and develop competitive leasing strategies for properties owned by NexCore Group and its clients.

With a background in commercial real estate brokerage, Amy previously worked for CB Richard Ellis, a large commercial real estate firm, where she was involved in the sales and marketing of commercial properties. Her experience includes leasing over three million square feet of commercial office properties.

Amy received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Colorado and is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker.

 

Courtney Nelson

Vice President Leasing & Asset Management

Courtney Nelson specializes in leasing and asset management, focusing on maximizing the value of each asset. Much of her experience in real estate has been spent working on value-add medical office building portfolios across the United States. Her depth of knowledge in various real estate disciplines and health systems allows her to enhance the value of each project and asset she works with. 

Courtney has expertise in physician and hospital lease negotiations, physician and hospital relationship management, acquisitions, investment analysis and reporting, property management, expense management, capital project management, budget and market analysis. Prior to joining NexCore Group, Courtney worked for a national real estate company in the medical office division. Courtney held a variety of positions including acquisitions, leasing and asset management. Courtney has worked on projects throughout the country with various hospital systems including HCA, Condell Health Network, Capella Health and Centura.

Courtney received both a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Stephens College.

Angela Barbosa

Marketing Director

Angela manages the NexCore Group Marketing Department, providing direction of the corporate look of the company and the preparation and writing of reports, proposals and presentations. Additionally, she manages the strategic positioning of NexCore in the market place working closely with the President of the company and development operations.

Angela has over 10 years of experience in marketing administration and graphic design, working in the design/construction and real estate development industry since 1996. She brings an extensive knowledge of design, page layout, software programs and the print/assembly process.

Angela's credentials include a Bachelor of Science in English.

Gretchen Oswald

Office/IT Manager & Graphic Support

Gretchen Oswald

Gretchen Oswald manages the NexCore Group office as it relates to the physical aspects of the space. She also maintains all of the electronic & equipment needs for the company and acts as liaison to the off-site IT department. As a team member of the NexCore Group Marketing Department, she provides graphic support and assists with the production of reports, proposals and presentations as requested by the Marketing Director.

Gretchen has over 10 years of experience in marketing administration and graphic design, working in the design/construction and real estate development industry since 1996. She brings an extensive knowledge of IT system hardware, software programs and the print/assembly process.

Gretchen's credentials include an Associate of Applied Science in Graphic Design degree from the Art Institute of Colorado in Denver, a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Colorado at Boulder, with a broadcast production emphasis, and her Colorado Real Estate Broker license.
