Glen Derrington manages 10 buildings totaling approximately 700,000 square feet of commercial office, single and multi-specialty medical group practice facilities, medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, MRI centers, cancer treatment centers, multi storied office and multi-use buildings and primary care facilities. As the manager of property operations, he is responsible for ensuring complete client and tenant satisfaction, including managing all building and grounds vendor contracts and relationships, monitoring tenant suite build-out, and capital improvements to property.
Glen also performs the fiduciary duties of tenant leases, coordinates/monitors complete maintenance of the properties, budgets, reconciliation of budgets, adherence to budgets and rent collection.
With extensive training in client satisfaction, he has five years in commercial real estate property management and construction of commercial and medical buildings. As a licensed construction subcontractor, Glen worked for six years in sales/service specializing in gas and wood heating appliances and another six years performing framing and finish carpentry in building mountain homes.
Tony Maestas' primary responsibility is the overall property management of a local and national portfolio of buildings totaling approximately 700,000 square feet of commercial office, single and multi-specialty medical group practice facilities, multi-suited medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, multi-storied office and mixed-use buildings and primary care facilities. His duties include management of building and grounds vendor contracts, budgets, tenant coordination, local and national site visits and special projects. Tony also is responsible for the monitoring of maintenance and operations of these buildings and properties, and establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with tenants and service vendors.
Among his strengths is his ability to assess concerns or issues with newly built commercial properties and tenant finishes during construction and warranty periods, ensuring the highest satisfaction possible. Tony is also masterful at maintaining strong relationships between NexCore Group and it's clients.
Building on eleven years of experience in the commercial construction industry as a carpenter, Tony spent four years as a client-services specialist. Before working in client services, Tony worked for a local development/property management company as a building engineer for five years. His duties involved overall tenant satisfaction and the overall maintenance and operations of commercial properties throughout Colorado. Tony was responsible for coordination and supervision of work performed by vendors and contractors on these commercial properties.
Rob Beaudo manages the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for NexCore buildings, which include medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, and cancer treatment centers. Rob is responsible for directing and monitoring each of the HVAC contractors in proper maintenance of the ventilation systems throughout the buildings, along with comfortable and functional temperature controls. He is also directly involved with troubleshooting issues in the buildings, and works in tandem with the contractors to correct any problems.
Rob has a background of over 17 years in the commercial HVAC field, including more than four years as a service manager and five years as an instructor for NCCER. He is licensed as a Class A supervisor and belongs to ASHRAE, a professional group for engineers.
