Tony MaestasProperty Operations Manager
Tony Maestas is responsible for the overall property management of NexCore’s national portfolio totaling approximately 1.2 million square feet of healthcare and commercial facilities, including multi-tenant medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, cancer treatment centers, and multi-storied office and mixed-use buildings. Tony manages vendor contracts, budgets, tenant coordination, local and national site visits, and special projects. He is also responsible for monitoring the maintenance and operations of all NexCore properties and is the on-site property manager for NexCore's Denver area medical office buildings.
Among Tony’s strengths is his ability to assess concerns or issues with newly built commercial properties, acquisitions, and tenant finishes during construction and warranty periods, ensuring tenants the highest satisfaction possible. Tony takes great pride in maintaining strong relationships with tenants and service vendors.
Before joining NexCore, Tony worked for 11 years in commercial construction, four years as a client service specialist, and five years as a building engineer for a development/property management company with commercial properties throughout Colorado.
