CURRENT JOB OPENINGS

PROPERTY MANAGER
The development of our 182,000 SF Medical Services Building on the Silver Cross Hospital Replacement Campus in New Lenox, IL will be completed in December 2011. In preparation, we’re looking for a property manager living in the Greater Chicago Area who has a passion for customer service and proven experience managing medical real estate, including physician office suites and hospital services suites.

Because the success of our outpatient facilities depends on the satisfaction of our hospital clients and physician tenants, we expect our property managers to respond to facility problems and tenant concerns with speed, creativity, and resolve. Our goal is to help our tenants' businesses run as smoothly as possible while providing patients with a welcoming, attractive environment.

If you were the property manager for the Silver Cross Medical Services Building, your typical work week would include the following responsibilities:

•  Communicating with tenants to handle requests for service,
•  Overseeing maintenance and repairs at the property,
•  Managing timeshare suites,
•  Reviewing operating expenses,
•  Preparing variances reports and budgets,
•  Coding invoices,
•  Interfacing with hospital administration and staying apprised of current hospital events, and
•  Assisting with the oversight of tenant improvements construction.

The property manager for this building will report directly to the building’s Asset Manager and will also work closely with the Property Operations Manager—both of whom work out of our headquarters office in Denver, CO. The person filling this position must be a team player willing to interact frequently with our asset and property management staff and periodically travel to the Denver office.

A minimum of 5 years of experience managing medical real estate is required for this position. The ideal candidate would also be a licensed real estate agent with at least 2 years of experience.

We're offering competitve salary and comprehensive benefits. If you’re a hard-working, organized property manager with significant experience managing high-quality outpatient facilities and cultivating strong tenant relationships, we’d like to speak with you.
