Medical Leasing Associate
Leading National healthcare real estate development company seeks to hire a medical leasing associate based in the Midwest or East coast (Chicago, Baltimore or DC). Candidate should have 3 years minimum experience in medical leasing, possess strong interpersonal skills, be organized, motivated, flexible and be willing to travel. Position responsibilities include formulating lease strategies, liaison to hospital, physician prospecting, space planning, and lease negotiations to reach occupancy goals and increase asset value.
