Corporate Center at InterQuest is a 31-acre phased office campus in Colorado Springs. Phase One of the campus consists of two 2-story office buildings that provide approximately 167,000 total square feet leased by Ford Motor Credit Company; and two 1-story buildings consisting of a total of 113,000 square feet of flexible office space. The campus provides easy access to I-25 and is in close proximity to Pikes Peak Community College for learning and conference facilities. Parking at the Corporate Center at Interquest is in excess of five spaces per thousand rentable square feet.
The buildings’ exterior color scheme blends into the surrounding environment, while full glass entries and perimeter glass afford the tenant with optimal views of Pikes Peak. The lobby has a Colorado feel with slate floors, light colored wood finishes and copious amount of natural light. Landscaping within the 31 acre building campus was carefully designed to compliment and reinforce the building design. Walking paths connect each building and are laid into the abundant open landscaping.
