Alexian Brothers Medical Center MOB

In order to recruit and retain physicians to enhance the delivery of medical services to the community of Elk Grove Village and the surrounding Chicago suburbs, Alexian Brothers Medical Center is developing a state-of-the-art, comprehensive outpatient medical mall and new parking structure.

The project will include comprehensive imaging and non-invasive diagnostics, a cardiology center of excellence, a neurosciences center of excellence, one-stop pre-surgical assessment, women’s and pediatric services, outpatient pharmacy, sidewalk cafe, educational resource and conference center as well as an integral 580-car parking structure.

Project Deal Structure

NexCore Group is developing the medical office building, coordinating its interface and connection to inpatient hospital, outpatient medical mall, and the parking structure. The development entails structuring third-party at-risk ownership, raising the equity, procuring financing, conceptual planning, assistance in securing the Certificate of Need, pricing, leasing, selection of architect, engineers and construction manager, tenant coordination as well as ongoing asset and property management.
