This six-story, 26,000 square foot project was developed to meet demand for high-end residential space in the Lower Downtown Denver Market. Located in the historic Ballpark District, 2245 Blake Street Condominiums was designed as a smaller building to provide a more exclusive environment for this luxury residential product while maintaining the appropriate density to encourage pedestrian infrastructure in this urban environment.

The building includes 14 luxury residences with private, heated underground parking with remote control access, a fully equipped fitness room, and Skyline Terrace, an outdoor area on the Sixth Floor with a hot tub, dining area with a gourmet grill, and a changing room. Each residence includes high-end finishes and fixtures such as solid cherry entry doors, custom cabinetry in bathrooms and kitchens, stainless steel appliances and granite counters in the kitchens, and jetted tubs and steam showers in the master baths.
