Project Summary
Dry Creek Medical Campus is an ambulatory care center located south of Denver in the high-growth Denver Tech Center area. The campus includes a 20,800 SF ambulatory surgery center with six operating rooms and four recovery beds for overnight recovery care.
Also on the campus is a three-story, 57,300 SF medical office building with an underground parking garage. Building tenants include an MRI and CAT scan imaging center, physical therapy and surgical procedure rooms, and medical suites.
