Project Summary
South Bend Orthopaedics Center, a multi-tenant medical office building, houses an orthopedic clinic, durable medical equipment, and physical therapy suite. The two-story, 38,500 SF facility includes 32 exam rooms, 6 x-ray rooms, and 12 casting bays, as well as 6,000 SF to accommodate the practice’s future growth and development.
Through the early stages of integration of development, planning, design, and construction services, the principals of NexCore Group successfully balanced the client’s budget with planning and design concerns. This approach resulted in optimized patient throughput and staffing efficiencies that allowed physicians to see 30% more patients per day, substantially increasing daily revenues.
