Healthcare
Through acquisition of existing hospitals and medical office buildings, NexCore Group can turn healthcare clients' low-margin assets into capital for other needs and investments while providing the consistent ownership structure needed to build and maintain a strong facility. Because we understand the dynamics of making healthcare systems successful long-term, NexCore Group employs a buy-and-hold strategy, working to lower operational expenditures, increase revenues, and create more effective systems for providing patient care. Our flexible structures also provide opportunity for hospitals and physician groups to retain partial ownership of the buildings or of our pool of funds, creating potentially significant returns while reducing the risks associated with total building ownership.
Commercial
In the commercial sector, NexCore Group's focus is on expanding our current portfolio with acquisitions that complement the building types currently under our management. Leveraging our experience in office, R&D, manufacturing, and light industrial properties, we select assets in our target markets — southeast, west and southwest — that present long-term value propositions. Sellers also have the option of assuming fractional ownership in the building to the degree that it suits their needs.
