  • Budget Optimization Optimize project budgets and schedules by working with pre-construction experts and utilizing NexCore Group's database of historical cost estimates and schedules.
  • Construction Monitoring Monitor construction activity to ensure project meets client goals.
  • Monitor Build-Outs Monitor build-outs, including ensuring compliance with lease agreements, construction schedules, tenant expectations, and construction guidelines.
  • Tenant Coordination Complete tenant coordination, including furniture move-in assistance, teledata coordination, equipment coordination, and compliance with lease provisions regarding tenant allowances.
  • Manage Tenant Contracts Manage tenant finish design and construction contracts.
  • Manage Communication Ensure effective communication among tenant, development team, and property management.
