Born in the beautiful landscapes of Montana, I have always had a strong connection with the outdoors, and for the past 40 years, I have called Colorado home. As an avid outdoor enthusiast in all seasons, I endeavor to balance hard work and professional dedication with enjoyment and appreciation of the outdoors.

I am an experienced professional with a commitment to crafting healthcare solutions that cater to the diverse needs of our healthcare partners. Twenty-Five years in real estate management and development, with detailed cost control and financial analysis, helps me find value in architectural and engineering solutions for our partners that are long-lasting and economically prudent. I have always enjoyed watching my team’s hard work transform into physical structures that benefit the community and the people within it.

In my 13 years working for NexCore one project in particular sticks out. We were working on a development in the mountains with a very aggressive timeline due to the short construction seasons available to us, with a critical completion schedule that included significant monetary damages, very few thought we’d deliver but in fact, we did, and the property turned out to be one of the most successful projects of my tenure.
