Project Summary
NexCore Group acquired the three-story, 231,920 SF Printers Park Medical Plaza in 2007. Memorial Health System leases approximately 45% of the building. The facility offers on-site ASC, radiology, outpatient laboratory, and orthopedic, neurological, and internal medicine practices, as well as extensive rehabilitation facilities, including two therapeutic pools.
NexCore acquired Printers Park Medical Plaza along with a second facility, the 61,500 SF Briargate Medical Building, that NexCore developed for Memorial Health in 2003.
