Seventy-seven (77) percent of the portfolio is located in markets whose population growth over the next five years is expected to be above the national average with markets for five of the properties seeing double-digit population growth.
Gilbert Health Center is a 39,499 SF medical office building located in Gilbert, AZ. Dignity Health leases the majority of the first floor for urgent care. Other specialties in the building include podiatry, pediatrics, OB/GYN, and nephrology. The building is located on N. Gilbert Road just south of US Route 60, providing great visibility and easy access for patients.
