Project Summary
One of the largest private ambulatory surgery centers in the nation, Allied Physicians Surgery Center accommodates 10 surgical specialties and over 50 surgeons in the rapidly growing northeastern corner of South Bend, IN. The one-story, 42,700 SF facility houses eight operating rooms, two procedure rooms, and 10 recovery suites with room for 10 more.
Surgical specialties include general and vascular surgery, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, otorhinolaryngology, pain medicine, plastic surgery, podiatry, and urology.
The Center is situated in a prime location within the National Center for Senior Living, which is itself home to numerous medical facilities, a major nursing home, and an orthopedic specialty medical office building.
